Guys, I think I wasn't clear on the problem: my mouse (big X) was lost on the screen and could move about but it just couldn't get out of that grey mush... and I couldn't help it as ctrl-alt-backspc just did not work, nor will it if you get stuck like this in trying out the Xorg. I'm not sure this will actually stop xorg or not, but it's worth a shot. Try typing as root in a terminal "/etc/init.d/gmd stop" if you have gnome. If you have KDE then try as root "kdm stop" however I'm not sure about the path to kdm. I've also read that typing "killall X" will do the trick, but I

Hi Adam, In 57d09e47d05fce0d6df4060b2eff9a8efcc25b2f you have removed lbxzlib.h from the xextproto sources. However, liblbxutil does still reference this header file (1.0.1 as well as git head). Is there some new dependency, or is this just a bug? rsc -- Pengutronix e.K.
