Today I attempted to install X from cvs. Make world worked fine, but when i attempted to make the install target the process exited with the errors pasted below. This is the first time I've attempted to install from cvs, so if I am doing something wrong I appologize. This is where the error occur

I have just compiled and install XFree86 4.1 on my linux system. I am using a Voodoo 3 graphics card, a Sony Multiscan 20se || monitor. I am currently install X into /opt/X11R6 just for testing purposes. When I run startx it finds the proper xinitrc file and passes it to xinit, xinit then start
