This statement is incorrect and is the second time I have seen it used in
your stories. Instruments are used (not necessarily bands). Turntables are
used by DJ's to PLAY the music. The instruments that are used to PRODUCE
electronics are synthesizers, drum machines, samplers, and sequencers.
Computers are also prevalent in the production of electronic music.
While many pioneers of the car industry -- traditionally made by race car
drivers instead of engineers and designers -- are from Detroit, most of
them had to go to Europe to become major stars. See my point...?
