4D and Discord

2020-05-23 Thread Joe Dombroski via 4D_Tech
Has anyone interfaced 4D to Discord? It seems like it could be a powerful
way to communicate.

28 character file name limit for binhex encode SMTP_attachments?

2020-04-23 Thread Joe Dombroski via 4D_Tech
I have been having occasional -43 protocol not supported errors when I
attach files to an email. I finally dug in and found that I must keep the
file name under 29 characters. Anyone else notice this? I am on 16.4r4.

Re: peer to peer app in 4D

2019-12-18 Thread Joe Dombroski via 4D_Tech
Hi Chuck,

store the current location in 4D.

peer to peer app in 4D

2019-12-18 Thread Joe Dombroski via 4D_Tech
I am writing a basic app that will find people who are physically close to
you. Kind of like Uber. Can 4D do that elegantly?

Re: Authorize.net integration?

2019-11-20 Thread Joe Dombroski via 4D_Tech
thanks. I will take a look. I was curious about creating an embedded link
with 4D that has the billing information.

Most simple interfaces I see force you to enter all your info.

Hi Peter,

I figured that someone in the group has already started cracking this egg.
Hardware/software on this site looks like a possibility.
