[AI] suggetion for broadband connection
Hello List member, I am working as a computer instructor in a rehabilitation center in Delhi. It is located at Shiek Sarai, I.e in south Delhi. Here we are using MTNL broadband connection with 256 kb/s speed. But the kind of services provided by MTNL is not up to the mark. Every now and then it is out of order. Because of this we are unable to perform our work efficiently. I need your suggestion in this respect. We are planning to switch over to another service provider. So please suggest me which service provider we should approach? Our requirement are: Speed 256 kb/s Unlimited downloads Monthly rent around 1000 Please pour in your suggestions as this is urgent. Hello mam. No geniuses required to solve your problem. Its really simple. I'm damn sure that you have marked on of the access india mail as spam. Thats the reason all the access india mails automatically goes to the bulk folder. Now, here is the solution 1. Go to the bulk folder and check any of the access india mail. 2. Hi Moiz, In regards to your problem number 2, you might be using insert + V to adjust your verbocity settings. If so, then try using insert + shift + V. Settings changed through insert + V keystroke are temporary and will most probably go away even when you just alt tab and go to a different window and return back. Settings changed through the insert + shift + V keystroke (Personalize settings for web pages) are permanent for that particular website which is in focus. I was able to open the indian express site. Hello my friend, This may be the solution to your 4th querry regarding data one. Just go to my network places properties and see whether lan is enabled or not. If it is disabled, enable it. In case it is enabled, first disable it and then enable it again. Now, restart your PC as well as the modem. This might do as I had faced the similar problem and these steps worked for me. yeah! mr. hitendra airtels service is very good!!! please check the availibility in your arrea, because airtel is not offering their services in entire delhi! if its not available, go for sify or tataindicom, tataindicom is better than that of sify. Hi, Did you not read the Introductory page? Anyway, Vani is an in-built screen reader, you don't require to download/install it separately. You can run Vani from the Tools menu of the Document Editor or by pressing the shortcut F5. Note because it's an in-built screen reader, it works only on Document Editor and nowhere else. So, if you want to read newspapers, just copy the text to Document Editor's Document and you done. Also remember: The text you copy (I mean the Hindi text,) must be Unicode-format text, because font-based Hindi text doesn't remain constant while copying, (actually, it's a pseudo Hindi text, because what it shows could be Hindi, but what is actually written behind and what computer understands is English alphabets.) You can determine whether the Hindi text you're reading/copying is Unicode-format text or not by simply pressing the Jaws's keystroke numpad5 (sayCharacter) thrice and if it says anything between character 2305-2430 means that it's a unicode-format Hindi text. Also remember: You must have copied both license files of Vachak to LSW's program folder before you could read Hindi, otherwise, Vachak would show an error everytime you try to read Hindi text. The Hindu News Update Service News Update Service Thursday, November 8, 2007 : 0300 Hrs Top Stories BSNL slashes international and local call rates New Delhi (PTI): State-run telecom major BSNL on Wednesday announced its Diwali bonanza by slashing call rates to the US, Canada, Saudi Arabia and Iraq by up to 20 per cent and reduced intra circle local rates by 33.33-50 per cent from its landline and WLL phones. The new rates will be effective from on Thursday. The call charges to the US and Canada have been reduced by 16.67 per cent to Rs 6 from Rs 7.60 per minute, BSNL said in a statement here. However, in alternate premium packages, the rates decline to Rs 4 per minute. The offer is available from November 8- January 6, 2008 period. The rates to Saudi Arabia, Yemen and Iraq has been reduced by 20 per cent to Rs 9.60 from Rs 12 per minute. The intra circle calls from BSNL landline and WLL phones to landline/WLL/mobile phones to the same network has been reduced by 33.33-50 per cent under peak/off-peak hours. During peak hours, intra circle calls would be charged at 90 second pulse from the existing 60 second pulse i.e 80 paise per minute from existing Rs 1.20 per minute. The call rates under alternate plans (premium) would come down to 53 paise per minute. The intra circle pulse rate during off-peak hours will be 120 second from the existing 60 second, which will reduce the call rates to 60 paise per minute from Rs 1.20 per minute.
