For example, if ther is a number I have got via SMS, can I copy and paste it in my contact list? The other thing is that something strange has happened. Normally when a text message fails to go, I get an error saying, failed to send message and the message stays in the outbox. But this time, neither did I get the error, nor is there an option to resend or delete the message from the outbox. Any idea what could be done now? Looking forward to your assistance. She describes it as her toughest role yet but also says she is exactly like the heroine - a woman who is self-confident, ambitious and never gives up. For me, this role out of all the films that I have done was the most challenging. It's not been easy. It required a lot of focus and concentration. I had to observe a lot of blind people before I could play this role, Deepika said. I think I identify with the character Pinky a lot because Pinky is someone who is extremely self-assured. She is extremely confident, knows exactly what she wants. She is ambitious and she never gives up, which is exactly how I am, she said. This time director Pradeep Sarkar has teamed up with Deepika Neil Nitin Mukesh and a bunch of other actors to narrate the story of a group of youngsters living in the back streets of Mumbai. Releasing Aug 20, it will see Neil playing a boxer who fights blindfolded, while Deepika will be seen as a visually challenged girl who can dance on skates. The biggest challenge was to pretend that I was not seeing. There were no supporting tools like black goggles or a stick with me to make it obvious that I am blind. For example, we friends are sitting together and discussing something and one of them says, 'arre dekh na' and then realises I can't see. Or he removes a glass a bit aside spontaneously not realising I couldn't see that...So everyone had to focus and give a lot of attention all the time while shooting the film, said Deepika. The actress along with other cast and crew spent time with visually challenged people to understand their behavioural nuances and figure out counter actions. It took around six months of reading and interacting. Lots of physical movements I had to get use to. It's like feeling things around you without actually being able to see them. We didn't visit any blind school, but all of us met a lot of blind people... it was not just for me but also very important for Neil and the group of friends I am interacting with in the film, even for 'dada' (Sarkar) to see how it is to interact with the blind. So I think it was a group process for all of us, she said. Deepika says she didn't find it nerve-wracking to do the implausible stunts. As I have been an athlete and a sportsperson before, I think it just makes it much easier and interesting for me. I think to be able to do stunts, you need to be physically fit. It needs a lot of dedication, it needs a lot of control on the kind of

I have been using a Samsung N210 for two months. I also have a N140 and have very good reports from those who were given N150 on a reduced price through Saksham. Samsung definitely has the best sound and keyboard among the netbooks. Dell netbooks do not have enough sound and HP and Sony netbooks do not give the same battery backup. I advise Samsung. We didn't visit any blind school, but all of us met a lot of blind people... it was not just for me

This project was a result of discussions on this project with a group of experts at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras and IIT Bombay by the human resource development ministry. The human resource development ministry would send out these laptops. This product is expected to bring bright prospect for learners. hello all, to get an answer for the quality of angel player open it up and the answer comes in front of you. 1. the battery is certainly not good quality. 2. doesnt play daisy books properly. 3. who gives the technical support, what is the website, manufacturers address?? no body knows 4. the circuit board inside doesnt looks of indias. 5. medium wave and short wave radios are certainly no no for this type of device, users who are using this player can throw more light on this, but my suggestion is dont go for it. We could name our files as country/city/area files and if the moderator has no objection inform this group. Or else we could have our own loadstone group. I know that loadstone is nowhere as good as wayfinder, in fact it is totally a different application but I feel that we could make most of it. I would be happy if members comment. Thank you. dear all, one more point on angel player. it is certainly not going to support the latest daisy 3 standard where the whole world is moving. i believe most of the daisy producing organisation in india will move to daisy 3 and people having angel will have a radio and old books to cherish. [AI] an alternative keystroke in jaws
hallo friends: since this is my first mail to accessindia list members; i put here my short introduction. G. Vengateshan, Coimbatore, telephone operator SBI ZO,graduation in english 1992 Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidhyalaya, Coimbatore. I am using jaws as well as NVDA but I prefer NVDA as my first screen reader. In jaws normally We use incert +f11 to access systom tray; for the same action We can use an alternative key combination of [window +b]. In NVDA also this key combination is applicable. Many of you may know this. I alwace recommend my friends to use NVDA and e-speak synthesysor. Off course: jaws is the comercial product We couldn't compare anything to this. It has more features but I can say one can operate computer very effectively with the help of or using NVDA.With regards G. VENGATESHAN.
