Capcha is a problem and the audio capcha also does not help much as
the letters spoken are not clear.

I suggest that, while logging in, OTP option may be given in addition
to the image capcha.

I have a query regarding the mail merge feature, I am aware one common
message can be sent by using mail merge feature by customizing to that
particular message.

My query particularly refers to sending multiple attachment which are
different letters and belong to different people and has different
names and I wish to send them via E-mail at once instead of e-mailing
them separately which is time consuming and it will take long time, is
it possible to do so if yes can any of you guide me step by step how

completely inaccessible. But I am having quite a different view here.
May be, my purpose was met, so I might have not gone in depth..
Last year (in 2015) I tried with incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in) and I
could able to e-file my return. Infact, I have  used some of other
features, like viewing form 26AS, payment of regular tax etc.  Even
the captcha part (while login) has been  taken care using voice on
their website.
Also, I have used some of other websites like myitreturn.com for
e-Filing earlier (before 2015) and they were quite accessible too.

I did connect with my colleague regarding several accessibility concerns and
he has scheduled meeting with chief commissioner in this regards.  May I
seek your guys help to note down what exact problems faced by blind/
visually impaired citizens while e-filing their returns.
I have used their sites and it indeed was not at all accessible.  But would
like to hear about your experiences which I would like to highlight to
authority with possible solutions.

hi i am also using hp laptop and for drivers i go to hp.com it is

accessible

 on hp.com it automatically detects your model and show's the drivers for your 
model
it is very easy to download.

Recently I bought Asus Laptop. It does not also have CD drive. I
therefore had to buy  an external CD drive. Since stress now is on
making Laptops light weight, I presume cd drive is not included as
part of the machine.
