hello,
as i see that few people have already received their confirmation
faster so what if someone wants to change their preference of library
before the confirmation?

i do understand the heavy load of submition but at the same time,
users might assume that  whether there is any technical difficulties
with their documentation due to which their approval is under process.

Dear Saji,
Someone from the National Talking Book library has to log in, check your 
application details and approve it. 
NAB Delhi has got many many applications and it is taking time in verifying and 
approving them. 
NIVH may not have started the approval process. You should call them on phone.

NEW DELHI: The department of empowerment of persons with disabilities,
(DEPwD) on Wednesday launched 'Sugamya Pustakalaya' - an online
library for Persons with print disabilities as part of the Accessible
India Campaign.

The online library has been created in collaboration with National
Institute of Visually Handicapped (NIVH), member organizations of
Daisy Forum of India (DFI), Bookshare and powered by TCS Access. At
the launch, union minister for Information Technology, Ravi Shankar
Prasad said that the launch of this e-library was as step towards
realization of the Digital India Campaign and an example of public
service through innovative use of IT. Prasad informed that his
ministry has already made 400 websites out of a total of 1800 websites

Pune-based Divyanshu Ganatra had earlier this year become the first
visually-challenged person in India to paraglide and now he aims to
become the first such person to go tandem cycling on the difficult
terrain of the HimalayaAlong with software professional Gagan Grover,
Ganatra is set to start a 550-km trail from Manali to Khardungla on
Saturday. They will have a team of three friends supporting them.
Designed to be ridden by two persons, tandem cycling comes with its
own set of challenges which get accentuated on hilly terrains. Grover
said after slight initial hiccups, both managed to synchronise well.
