1.  launch start menu by pressing window key and type the initial
characters of control panel in the search edit box.
2.  within the search results that pops up, focus on the result control
panel and press enter
3.  now on the control panel screen that opened on your screen, tab
around it and focus on folder option and press enter.
4.  now on your screen one multitab folder option dialog box gets open,
so press control+tab to focus on the view page.
5.  now on this view page, press tab until you reach on files and
folders tree view.
6.  once your focus is  on this tree view, keep  pressing letter h
until you hear hide extensions for known file type off and press
spacebar to turn it on.
7.  now press tab to come to apply button and press spacebar to make the 
changes.
8.  now again keep pressing tab until you reach on ok button and press
spacebar to finally confirm the changes.

Now you should see the extensions for all file types on your screen.

[AI] Kaabil Film Review

 Kaabil--For select audience.

Sanjay Gupta's inspiration usually comes from South-East Asian films at times 
blended with a film from the West. Kaabil finds resemblance with Blind Fury 
(1989) and Broken (2014), from the US and Korea, respectively.

That said, the film turns into a typical vendetta film, a trend started by 
South Indian films.When an injustice is done to a loving couple or a hero's 
sister or mother falls prey to the villains, the hero seeks revenge. What is 
different here is that the lead actors, Hrithik Roshan and his lady love, Yami 
Gautam, are both blind.That adds a sympathy factor to the revenge saga. The 
handicap of momentary blindness has been used in various Kung Fu films over the 
years so the viewer would be quite familiar with the idea.

Hrithik is a blind man living on his own. He has a talent for using different 
voices and is a popular dubbing artist for animation films. Through a common 
friend who is a matchmaker, he is introduced to Yami, who is also blind. She 
works for an NGO and also plays piano at a dance academy. While both are 
independent and reluctant to marry, they plan to meet again. What both also 
have in common is a sense of perception, a strong sixth sense.

So far the going is good as there are some nice as well as emotional moments as 
both discover each other. The initial friendship turns into love and the couple 
decide to marry. The proceeds become heavy thereafter as a troublemaker, Rohit 
Roy, has bad intentions for Yami.

Once while Hrithik is away at work, Rohit along with his sidekick, Md Sahidur 
Rehman, rapes Yami knowing both are blind and there is little they could do. 
Going to the police is of no help since Rohit's politician brother, Ronit Roy, 
is a local councilor and can pull strings. Encouraged, Rohit decides to make it 
a routine to take advantage of Yami's helplessness leading her to end her life.

Frustrated by the police inaction, Hrithik decides to take matters in his own 
hands to settle score. This is what the film is about; a blind man plotting and 
taking revenge while making sure there is no way the cops can nail him. For he 
challenged the police that he will get even on his own.

He plots each villain's death differently using his talent of modulating his 
voice.

 Kaabil starts off well but the idea of bringing in a local politician, and a 
municipal councilor at that, makes the villain angle weak. That such a 
politician should be able to call the shots with a major metro police force 
does not quite convince. 

Seeking revenge one by one is also oft seen in many films. That a blind man 
does all this is the USP of the film which may not be enough. The film's music 
is a plus with the title song, Mai tere kaabil hun.. being the pick of the 
lot while Kuchh din se. and Kissise pyar ho jaaye (Remix of old hit, 
Dil kya kare from film Julie) also being hummable. The cinematography is 
good. Editing could have been crisper. Action is commendable.

The best part of the film is the performances by the lead pair, Hrithik and 
Yami. Hrithik is totally convincing as a blind man carrying a blank sort of 
look in his eyes through the length of the film. Yami complements him though 
her role is shorter. Ronit, Rohit and Sahidur are routine. Girish Kulkarni and 
NarendraJha as the cops are effective.

 Kaabil has had a weak opening. Thursday holiday and the weekend are expected 
to fare better but the target for the film is too high.

Friends, dating means may be you people are thinking about dating
means bad in Indian culture. Actually, this is true friendship in
life. Dating means not only for marriage purpose. Here, we can get
lots of different people for different views and opinions. Actually,
you people are thinking dating is only menti for physical contact, but
not like this. after joining dating groups means we can get friends
for sharing our sorrow, happiness, love towards others, sharing our
knowledge to others, care taking ness, coping skills, how to deal with
different people in the society, how to be calm, how to live in peace,
and others. So think it once friends. Actually, in our community, lots
of highly educated girls/ladies are here.  They are working in a
different sectors, but they are all not enjoying their life with full
happiness in life with their work.  Actually, girls/ladies are also
human beings so they also needs some change in the life. Daily going
to the work and coming back to the home is this only in life girls
Girls you are all may be thinking dating is very bad because it may
affect to your life!!!  But this is not like this friends. Here if you
come to the dating groups you may feel oh how nice this is. Because
you people may get some solutions for your problems. In Dating, you
may get your best friend in your life for sharing your whole ideas, or
you may get ears to listen your inner feelings, or eyes to see your
beauty, or hands to hold you.  You wont share somethings to your
parents due to some problems, but here you can get your best friend to
listen or taking care of you, or good sense of humor, or best lover,
or your well-wisher.  Actually in dating, you may get some friends
only for chatt, or phonefriend to sharing their all kinds of feelings
and other relationships.  In dating, According to your wish, girls you
can choose your friends for your wish. In dating here, hello
girls/ladies without your permission, there is no force without your
consent for any kind of relationships.  So don’t hesitate to come to
this circle girls/ladies. Please do come and enjoy your life with lots
of fun and happiness.
In dating, sighted people they are not ready to mingle with we kind of
disables because they are hesitating to mix with disables due to
feeling how they will think. Actually, some sighted people are
thinking about VI and other disable girls/ladies are not ready to do
any kind of timepass things or other things in life because sighted
people thinks that we kind of people may think sighted people may do
wrong towards us. Actually, while coming to dating groups, we are all
disables so somewhat we are very easy and free to mingle with we kind
of people. Here, we wont think that about things may go wrong. Here,
there are no sighted people. Here, we are only disables so don’t
hesitate to join friends, especially ladies/girls be bold and be happy
and lead your life with full of happiness and plenty of pleasure. In
this group, we are not doing party all the days but monthly once we
are planning to do party and social meetings face to face. So it is

[AI] regarding new concession form of railways

Dear friends,
As I am having doubt that in railways wether old concession forms are
accepting?  If not had you come across any railway order stating that
old forms has to be rejected.  I spoke with my chief commercial
Inspector  regarding this he told me that there is no order for
rejecting old forms  issued prior to 2014 can be accepted.  this is
for  your reference.  If any railway ticket counter person rejects
your form speak with the higher official and get your ticket.  In my
station many of my co employees does not know this and they rejected
form.  then i educated them and now i asked my CCI to instruct them to
issue tickets if not strict action should taken.

[AI] Online disability and concession certificate

Hi all,
Yesterday we 5 visually impaired friends went to JJ hospital Mumbai to
get one signature and two stamps on concession certificate for which
we had to wait for more then five hours running throughout the campus.
We had to take leave from our office three days over the period of 2
months. One was for the checkup, other was to collect the certificate
and the one yesterday was to get sign on the concession certificate.
This concession certificate is to be collected from divisional railway
office which was in turn to be acknowledged and stamped at JJ
hospital. I wanted to know the process at other authorized government
hospitals throughout India. Did all the other friends on the list have
to go through similar processes or it was more convenient?
Was the online disability certificate issued on the same day? Another
thing which is mentioned on the concession certificate is that for
completely blind, mentally retarted, and for hearing and speech
impaired with perminant disability, the concession certificate would
be valid for five years from the date of issue, where as for
Orthopedically challenged if their age is above 35 years and nature of
disability is perminant than the concession is valid for life long.
When I asked about this discrimination to the divisional railway
manager, he told me to ask this to Mr. Narendra Modi. I also want to
know the rationale behind issuing a concession to other physically
challenged with disability less than 100%, as any kind of concession
is not given to blind less than 100%. Orthopedically challenged person
are issued concession even at 40% where as mentally retarted and
persons with paralysis are issued concession certificate only if they
are going to be with escorts. Why this discrimination is in practice?
Can we do something on this? Please throw some light on this.
