Have you tried logging into Sugamya Pustakalaya site and then going to My
Download request page and activating the download link from there?

I just registered with my mail ID. I didn't get any numeric ID. I also tried
using my mobile number. But the same message comes up stating that my user
ID and password are wrong.
Any sollution?
