Yes sir  you can perform without sighted assistance.
Please follow the steps below.
1. go to settings.
2. tap on system.
3. tap on language and input.
4.  tap on advance.
5. tap on text to speech.
6. select the preferred enjin as a google text to speech.
7. click on the settings which is next to the preferred enjin option.
8. tap on install voice data.
9. select the bangla [india].
10. tap on install button.

Now You  have installed the voice pack, if the shared steps performed
correctly.
Go to auto tts and try configuring again.
Note: the shared steps are from the android pie operating system.

Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited and the Ministry
of Finance for the introduction of new coins.

During the interaction with the Prime Minister, the children thanked the
Prime Minister for introducing the new series of coins. They added that
these coins will greatly ease their daily routine.

Various new features have been incorporated in the new series of circulation
coins to make it more easy for the visually impaired to use them.

The coins are characterized by the increasing size and weight from lower to
higher denominations. The newly included coin of Rs.20, will be a 12 sided
coin with no serrations. The rest of the denominations would be of round
shape.

Union Minister for Finance, Shri Arun Jaitley and Minister of State for
Finance, Shri Pon Radhakrishnan were also present at the event.

Yesterday, Google has pushed an update to the Google Text To Speech 
engine due to which many people are facing the issue as their voice data 
for the selected languages is not downloaded. I would suggest to switch 
to Google TTS once and see if the voice data for Bengali language is 
downloaded. If not, download it first and then switch to Auto TTS.

hi dear shankar even I am faceing the same issue.

using win7 with updated firefox.  earlier when pressing control+b it
used to ask to give the bookmark name but now it is telling added to
library.
