Re: [AI] Insulting bankers

2020-08-21 Thread Srinivasu Chakravarthula
Please be mindful when attempt to record anything. It's unethical to record
without consent of other party. When people are not sensitive, one may just
tell them that to pursue this case further and sort out for ever, I am
going to record our conversation. Else, you would be legally at risk as in
general photography etc., would be prohibited in financial institutions.
What if by mistake, if you got to capture a computer screen that display
information related to other customers?

Shadab, Some people may not like me saying this... but unfortunately, we
need to keep emotional part aside. Banker would be at fault, if they
humiliate you or completely refuse to serve you. but in this case, they are
just scared and not aware of confidence that you may have. It's also true
that outside world is not completely great. A few years ago, my father was
chased and his money was stolen while returning from a bank. So their
concerns are equally valid. Hence, even if it needs to be done every
time you visit a bank, you need to take out time and sensitize them. Now a
days bank officials do not get much opportunity to meet people often since
we all rely on Internet Bank, ATMS etc., so chances are less that they have
awareness.

Like Ketan said recently on Eyeway Encounters, we should keep writing to
stakeholders and raise awareness.

Best,
Regards,
