Hi,
You can use NVDA instead of JAWS for downloading form 26 It is an
external URL imbeded with IT portal. I had downloaded for me some time
back using NVDA. I didn't face any issue. Standard keyboard commands
will  always work reguardless of various screen readers and browsers.

Try checking with Saksham. They have a talking weighing machine for both 
individual and kitchen usage. It's perhaps from RNIB but do enquire 
about the same if you feel like.

I use weighing machine from ActiveX which I got on Amazon. It doesn't 
talk, but connects easily with its mobile app.


Setting up the mobile app and then using it is manageable on my 
Android phone.

Hi,
Have you uploaded your aadhaar  card during online application
process? if not I think you may have to follow entire process once
again. I think aadhaar card is mandatory for getting UDID card. As per
government's guidelines aadhaar card is not mandatory for availing
various services but same is not updated on the swavlamban portal so
we havee to rely on old method. We should highlight website's
technical glitches with the appropreate authorities. like aadhaar
card, option is not available to update address and contact details
for UDID card.
