Maintain the records, and in an unlikely event of your problem not getting 
resolved in a month's time, then report it to Ombudsmen and share the details 
with me off the list.

 

I would like to underline the importance of bringing these problems to the 
notice of RBI. One of the major hurdle that we are facing today to convince RBI 
to relook at its directions is the lack of complaints that would prompt them to 
even review these issues with the seriousness it deserves.
