[AI] Tutorial on how to separate sounds in Samsung phone. Music on Bluetooth speaker, and talkback on phone’s speaker

2023-02-23 Thread Santosh Prajapati
Tutorial link: https://youtu.be/MqRVCiVDKDo
Namaste friends. Here comes very unique tutorial. Whenever we play music in
Bluetooth speaker, then along with music sound, sound of talkback also
comes from the speaker. Right? So it becomes problem for music listeners
and for us as well. Music becomes unenjoyable due to disturbing talkback
sound. Now here is the solution of this big problem. In Samsung phones, we
can separate music and talkback sounds on different speakers by using some
advance audio features. For example, we can play music on bluetooth speaker
and hear talk back on phone's speaker.
For more information, listen this tutorial. Please like and share this
Tutorial if you like, please subscribe this channel. If you have any
questions or suggestions, please put in the comment section. Happy learning.

[AI] Book Announcement Accessibility Handbook on Rights and Entitlements of Person (s) with Disabilities’ By ‘DCPCR Govt. of NCT of Delhi’

2023-02-23 Thread NAB Delhi Helpline
The digital library, National Association for the blind Delhi supported by
Spirotech, is delighted to announce the availability of the book
Accessibility Handbook on Rights and Entitlements of Person (s) with
Disabilities’ By ‘DCPCR Govt. of NCT of Delhi’

The Accessibility Handbook on Rights and Entitlements of Person with
Disabilities (PwD) is born out as a hope of bringing together all that
exists to serve, support and empower people with disabilities under one
umbrella and to bridge the information hiatus and assist them in accessing
their rights and entitlements. It has been brought together with a
realisation that a barrier is not a person’s lack of ability, but a
system’s disability to serve those who it is out to serve.

Like everything which has been brought into the world with hope of service
this handbook has been built with support from a resolute community of
people who shared the Commission’s vision for the Compendium and believed
in its potential.

This book has been specially made for our visually impaired friends,
accessible in an Epub text and Audio format, available in English and Hindi
medium. To access the book, please register on NAB Digital Library.

Agree with Avichal.. None of the parliamentarians who had a
disability did anything and also did not acknowledge themselves as
being persons with disabilities. Do hope that accessibility has been
kept in mind in the new parliament for all disabilities.

2023-02-23 Thread Ram Singh
The achievement of accessibility for persons with disabilities is hindered
by a group of privileged disabled individuals who prioritize tokenism over
highlighting failures in disability inclusion. These individuals favor
their personal ideologies and fail to address the widespread discrimination
faced by the community. They are unable to relate to the daily struggles of
the majority of their community who face hindrances due to their
disability. Instead of discussing the actual discourse, people praise their
idols. It is a matter of shame that India has produced only one disabled
parliamentarian till independence. It would be beneficial if people could
present appropriate data to support their beliefs and highlight the
successes of inclusion and accessibility on a practical level for persons
with disabilities.--

Re: [AI] How Poorly Equipped we are to Support People with Disabilities

2023-02-23 Thread Avichal Bhatnagar
I am not trying to ruffle any feathers, but here, Mr. Tharoor has a
lot to answer:
1. Mr. Jaipal Reddi was also disabled, what did he do to make the
parliament building accessible?
Did Mr. Tharoor not realise this at that time?
2. Mr. Shinde had problem in eye; did he do anything substantial for
visually impaired?
Instead of helping the disabled, Mr. Tharoor's government in power
ordered a lathi-charge on the disabled; did he condemn it?
