Hi,
Please refer to your earlier mail regarding writing note in eoffice.
Recently I got the chance to work under eoffice module and faced the same
problem that you discussed in previous mail I use NVDA with eoffice
Recently when I updated the NVDA with 2023 .1 latest version the cursor and
entered under green note and I am comfortable in writing as well as reading
earlier notes under that Efile. Other features of the web site are also
accessible with NVDA. I am able to work independently under eoffice module

RE: [AI] w.r.t. Railway concession certificate and Divyangjan photo Id,

2023-04-04 Thread amritpal singh
Still, I haven't applied for some photo ID for Railways. My railway concession
certificate is certified by some person in NFB Delhi. Do they allow such
concession forms for Railways photo ID? Moreover, when I checked this website,
I couldn't locate Haryana in the states section. Please, tell me in detail what
should I do to obtain a Railway photo ID?

Subject: Re: [AI] w.r.t. Railway concession certificate and Divyangjan photo Id,

Hi,

if your concession has expired, by no chance it can be renewed on
their portal. You have to follow the same protocol so as required for
a new concession certificate. You have to get their medical
certificate which is available online on
https://divyangjanid.indianrail.gov.in/
this needs to be verified by the assigned hospitals who are authorized
for issuing disability certificate. The doctor would examine your
vision, and then put seal and signature on the concession certificate.
Once this is done, then the same can be submitted on the above given
portal, or offline at the DRM office.

Re: [AI] Using Bluetooth Keyboard with iPhone

2023-04-04 Thread Harshit Lohia
Hi Shekh,
I had actually bought a lightening type OTG connector for pairing USB
devices to my iPhone. Since branded ones were not available in nearby
shops/showrooms, I had bought a non-branded one for ₹ 500/- which
stopped working after a month's use. Earlier, I had bought C-type OTG
cable for android phone for ₹ 120/- which worked for almost a year.
So, can you please help me find genuine lightening OTG cable over some
e-commerce platform.

Awaiting your kind response.

Regards
Harshit

[AI] Exam rules : alternate question paper format

2023-04-04 Thread Vaishnavi Jayakumar
I had a query based on CBSE exam guidelines that read : "With effect from
2020, in lieu of large font Question Papers, candidates will be allowed to
use magnifying glasses/portable video magnifiers."

Does this work for all people with low vision who need large font question
papers? Have there been any practical issues with magnifying aids not
allowed inside hall?

What happens to deafblind candidates since noone seems to be providing
Braille exam papers?

Namaste friends, here comes another unique tutorial. Do you know? That you
can turn on and turn off Talkback by using accessibility gesture instead of
volume buttons? Yes it is possible. Now we don’t have to rely only on
volume buttons for this accessibility shortcut. There is gesture shortcut
also available for this task. Please note, that you have to set your phone
on navigation gestures instead of navigation buttons for availing this
accessibility gesture. for this setting, you have to watch my tutorial on
navigation gestures entirely before watching this tutorial. You also have
to learn how to use phone with navigation gesture before applying Talkback
on gesture shortcut.
