In my case, I did not visit my district hospital. I have recieved a call

after 5-6 days for verification. I have forwarded my aadhar and

disability certificate, they have uploaded and verified it and just

after completion the process i recieved confirmation SMS for my UDID

card and e-disability certificate. After 10-12 days hard copy reached to

me by speed post. i have also downloaded my e-certificate and UDID card

and preserved the soft copy.

We are thrilled to announce that the registrations for the Inclusion
Run at the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon are now open! This event,
scheduled for Sunday, October 15th is one of the largest sporting
events in North India, and we expect over 50,000 participants this
year.

As part of this fantastic event, Adventures Beyond Barriers Foundation
(ABBF) is organizing the Inclusion Run. Blind and low vision runners
will participate alongside running allies who are senior leaders from
corporates like Amdox, Apollo Tyers, Accenture, etc. This is an
excellent opportunity to promote inclusion, build relationships with
corporate leaders, and have fun playing together.

We encourage you to register now by filling out the Google Form.
Seats are limited and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: You will be expected to arrive on 14th October to the
overnight accommodation venue provided by ABBF.

ABBF will cover all registration charges, and each participant will

Please note that each participant is expected to run/walk a distance
of 10K and attend practice runs in Delhi at least twice before race
day. If you're an NGO interested in collaborating with ABBF, please

Hope you are having a good start of the week! My name is Gesu India, and
I'm a PhD student exploring AI-based assistive technologies at
Swansea University. I'm also a part of the organizing committee for a Privacy
x accessibility (virtual) workshop

year at the ACM SIGACCESS Conference on Computers and Accessibility (ASSETS
2023
).
For the workshop, our team is looking to invite accessibility researchers,
policy makers, and activists from the disability community, so if you or
someone you know who'd like to participate in this workshop, please feel
free to share this invite with them.

The privacy and accessibility communities are often distanced from each
other. Through our workshop, we are hoping to bridge these two communities
together and discuss shared interests such as reflecting on how identity
aspects interact with accessibility and privacy, resolving privacy and
accessibility conflicts, and imagining ways to build technologies that are
both accessible and privacy-preserving.

Our workshop will be held remotely (Zoom) on October 18th from 9 AM to 12
PM (PST). If you are interested in participating, please complete this
