Re: [AI] Issues in Copying text from FS Reader/Web Page and Pasting it in MS Word

2023-09-17 Thread Vedika Phadke
Yes, it happens because of an additional helpful feature from ms office/ ms
windows.
I don't remember the setting I had changed to stop this issue,
I would right now say that after pasting text avoid using 'ctrl key' for a
few minutes you may use JAWS key or any modifier key.
I will reply if I remember the solution I found to resolve this.

[AI] Issues in Copying text from FS Reader/Web Page and Pasting it in MS Word

2023-09-17 Thread Harshit Lohia
Dear List Members,
When I copy text from web page or FS Reader and paste it in MS Word,
various prompts crop up such as 'keep source formatting', 'set default
paste' and copy more from this web page. It hinders the task of
pasting text in Word document and causes disturbance in usual
functioning. How to disable such prompts in MS Word?
One more issue has started coming up today. copy text from external
source and paste it in MS Word and read the pasted text using
paragraph reading command, another voice, which is different from my
regular JAWS voice, starts reading the entire text and it doesn't
stops by pressing Ctrl key.
Any help in resolving these two issues will be highly appreciated.r
