Re: [AI] 4 days Additional CL for Central Government Employees

2024-04-20 Thread RAO KM
Dear friends,

You are all aware, the Central Government Employees with Disabilities get
additional 4 days SPECIAL CASUAL LEAVE in a Calendar Year.
When we approached our Government of Telangana State requesting them to
extend similar benefits to its Disabled employees, they asked us to provide
any documentary proof in case any other State Government/s are also
extending a similar 4 days additional Special Casual Leave to its employees.

We therefore request you to please confirm if State Governments in your
States are extending similar additional 4 days Special Casual Leaves to
their employees with disabilities and if so please share the relevant
Order. This will help us take up with our State Government.

Thanks and with regards,

KM Rao

Re: [AI] Airtel Application Enhancements - Improved Accessibility for screen reader Users

2024-04-20 Thread Ravi Paul

Hey there,

I'm sure this news is appreciated by those who use this application. Who
knows, I might consider installing the app and making use of it myself.
However, just a friendly suggestion. I noted you have obviously made use
of Chat GPT or some such tool to draft your mail. We know how useful
these tools are so I'll not say anything on that. I would merely urge
you to consider editing out stuff that doesn't add to what we already
know, or is not of any benefit to read, such as:

This improvement is a significant step towards inclusivity and
ensures that more people can comfortably navigate and use the Airtel
application with screen readers. It demonstrates Airtel's commitment
to accessibility and providing an equal opportunity for everyone to
access their services. The enhanced accessibility features will
allow visually impaired users to access the application's features
more efficiently and independently, enhancing their overall user
experience. We believe that technology should be inclusive and
empower everyone, regardless of their abilities. This update
reflects Airtel's dedication to creating an accessible platform for
all its users. We encourage visually impaired community members to
update their Airtel application and explore the improved
accessibility features. Your feedback is essential, and we welcome
any suggestions or comments you may have to further improve
   accessibility.

I just think it unnecessarily adds to the length of the message without
adding any substance to it. I really hope all that make use of these
tool will take this appeal in the right spirit and implement this
suggestion. It's your choice to use it by all means, but just consider
editing out parts that don't add anything to what we already know.

of there Aathar card, then it is throwing some errors and I am not
able to identify the exact issue as I input their details correctly
anyway. So any clue here?

2^nd , The sight asks for DOJ for escort and by default the DOJ from
the concession form is selected. Should I leave it as it is or should
I change it to the actual DOJ of the escort? Please suggest as I tried
both things and it does not seem to be working.

Thanks and Regards,

Vetri.
