[AI] Audio drama on the story of a visually impaired.
dear members going to share with you first audio drama Boond boond katra katra from Guiding stars The journey of the Audio Drama "BOOND BOOND KATRA KATRA"!!! We would like to dedicate this drama to our lovely friend "Nosheen", who left this world 2 years back. The theme of this drama is basically mixture of different true stories. Nosheen was the first who lost her sight just after having chronicle food poisoning and not well treated by her doctors. In our Audio Drama, Boond Boond Katra Katra, visually Impaired and sighted people all worked together and contribute their talents. OUR Aims AND GOALS!! The aim of this audio Drama is to open new paths of communication and understanding between the blind and sighted communities. Or this Drama is especially for those people who believe that: "If we can dream it we can do it." Our objective is to infuse a positive attitude in society and to spread greater awareness throughout the blind and sighted communities alike through this small but vigorous effort. *What we would like to do is to let others know, through our positive attitude and examples, that a visually impaired person is not someone to be ridiculed and ignored but someone to be valued and included in the everyday life of the community. *Explain how a visually challenged person can make his or her life better and more productive with the help of special adaptive technologies and resources. The punch line is: "Remember, we all stumble, every one of us. That's why it's a comfort to go hand in hand." If any of you would like to contribute in this noble cause, then spread awareness. Because we believe that if a single drop of water can give life to a thirsty soil, then likewise your contribution can give a ray of hope to a visually impaired person--who might be waiting and praying somewhere to live their life more independently. Yes, it can be done--through advance technology. It's not us who will reward you for your contribution or cooperation to this noble cause, but the Almighty Allah Subhanatallah, who will reward you. We hope and pray that you, who are visiting the site, will think for a moment not with your mind but with your Heart, mind and soul. Because with these three basic elements one can becomes a true human being and, after that, one can only think of humanity and wants to love and serve humanity. Re: [AI] introduction to a new friend.
Yes sir, I was allowed excel in exams as well. And it maid solving problems a lot easier for me, I did use formulas in exams which maid doing exams a real fun. It was government college university Faisalabad. In start they didn't allow me to use laptop at all, I remember having arguments with highest officials and told them in black and white eith I will study with laptop or will give up. Its extremely difficult to take accounting, statistics, math and finance exams with the writer. on the other hand jaws makes it as easy as you can think. When in real world you would use technology then why don't use it in your studies. Now, alhamdulelah in real world I have a business, I take care of accounting, marketing, inventory and all other operations of my business. In some areas I take help from my mother as it’s a garments business and she gives me new ideas regarding designs. I do all the accounting on my laptop in excel. Maintaining over 100 accounts is very easy on excel for a person with very little vision. -Original Message- From: Ajay Minocha Sent: Friday, January 24, 2014 10:22 PM To: AccessIndia: a list for discussing accessibility and issues concerningthe disabled.
