Hello everyone,
I came across an issue with SBI. My mom is completely blind. She was given
an ATM card the day she opened the bank account. But now, as her card
validity has expired, the bank officials are saying she is not eligible for
the ATM card.
She is educated, having worked as a teacher for 10 years. She knows
everything about how to use mobile net banking. However, the bank people are
saying that your mother is not eligible for an ATM card; they can only
provide a checkbook.
My question is, in this community, many of you are bank employees in SBI.
Please let me know if there is anything like that my mom is not eligible for
an ATM.
