Normally I use my right hand to on the gas I mean to turn the knob of the gas on and the left hand for pressing the button of the lighter. once its on I just keep the lighter on its place and keep the vessel on the gas to get hot with my left hand it self. mean while with the right hand I grab oil and other ingredients and bring them in front of me and start to put one by one as its turn comes. that will happen with you once you can find out from your mom that when to put what and may be she may have some sequences for you. at first you can also practice like your mom standing with you and

Banking Facilities to the Visually Impaired Persons In compliance with the directives from the Court of Chief Commissioner of Persons with Disabilities and at the instance of Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India and Reserve Bank of India, the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) has framed procedural guidelines, as detailed hereinafter, for the member banks for providing banking facilities to visually impaired persons. It has been decided by the Bank to implement the procedural guidelines, as aforesaid, for providing banking facilities to visually impaired persons in respect of the banking services offered by the Bank. Procedural Guidelines for Providing Banking Facilities to Visually Impaired Persons 1.0 General Instructions I) Banking facilities for visually impaired persons should be offered by all branches of banks. ii) Banks should not equate visually impaired customers with illiterate customers. iii) All banks must provide the same facilities to a visually impaired customer/ prospective customer as it would do so for any other customer. But at the same time, the customers should be made aware of the risk associated with some of the facilities, which may be higher than that for a normal customer. iv) Additional facilities like reading and filling up forms, slips, cheques should be provided to a visually impaired customer, if required. v) Banks should not deny any services to visually impaired customers including those who use their thumb impression for operating the bank account. vi) A visually impaired customer must not be forced to operate the bank account jointly with any person or in the presence of any person. vii) Visually impaired customers may be allowed to appoint a person/ persons as their Power of Attorney or Mandate Holder to operate their bank account, if they so desire. 1.1 Opening of Bank Accounts i) All banking products offered by a bank should be made available to visually impaired persons. ii) A bank must follow the same procedure for opening the account of a visually impaired person as it does for its other customers. iii) A visually impaired person must be allowed to open the account either singly or jointly with others. iv) A bank must allow the visually impaired customer to open a joint account with anybody that he/ she chooses, including person(s) who is/ are visually impaired. v) The Officer/Manager of the branch should read out the rules of business and other terms and conditions in the presence of a witness, if required by the customer. vi) The Branch Manager must inform a visually impaired customer/ prospective customer of his/ her rights and liabilities before opening the account. 2 vii) The documentation requirements of a visually impaired customer must be the same as applicable to any other customer. viii)The account has to be clearly marked as “The account holder is visually impaired”. 1.2 Withdrawal of cash / cheque book facility i) Facilities for withdrawal of cash, as provided to all customers regarding cash payments, must be provided to visually impaired customers. ii) In case a visually impaired customer makes cash withdrawals at the bank then the payment must be made in the presence of another bank employee/ officer. No outside witnesses are required unless the visually impaired customer requests that such witness be present. iii) Operations should not be restricted to self withdrawals. iv) Cheque book facility should not be denied to visually impaired person. v) All procedures pertaining to the use of such cheque books by visually impaired customers must be in accordance with that followed in respect of other customers. *vi) Cheques issued by visually impaired persons to third parties should be honoured, if otherwise in order. 1.3 Credit Cards/Debit Cards i) Visually impaired customers must be issued Credit Cards/ Debit Cards on request. ii) All rules and regulations

It’s highly peculiar, and I have never heard anyone talking about such a deep dilemma. The engeneer says, that he has tried everything from his end, and now no idea how to tone back my computer. While I was trying to locate my Berth, I could find it in the So-called SL Coach by Railway, but in fact it was designed for handicapped and it is still running as handicapped coaches in many trains even now. Initially, I sought the help of the Policeman who was on the duty there who showed the so-called SL coach in which many people were already sitting two of them were lying on the upper berths. I and my friend showed the ticket, but the passengers refused to vacate the seats and pleaded that the coach is meant for handicapped and there can be no meaning of reservation. In consequence, again we sought the assistance of the Policeman, he came and showed the chart displayed to the passengers and asked them to sit on the floor of the coach so that the seats can be occupied by the 4 reserved candidates. I mean to say that he clarified as per his law that the seats are for reserved candidates and the handicapped and old people without reservation can travel by sitting on the floor. Now, it is neither reserved coach nor handicapped coach strictly speaking. As my humanism didn't allow to travel individually in the seat, I had to adjust two of the orthopedic candidates with me in the seat for the whole night. Up to Gulbarga, (Karnataka) the coach was full and after that step-by-step, the coach was emptied. But to our surprise, in very many stations, The Railway Police argued that the compartment should be opened to the handicapped persons but in the chart it was mentioned that only 4 persons are permitted. It was a real mockery on that day. Friends, in the four seats, two were reserved in handicapped quota and the other two were reserved on the medical quota. Now, my doubt is whether the handicapped coach is available in the long distance trains or not or the Railway wants to run as handicapped compartment in the short distance trains and in the long distance trains as reserved coach in handicapped quota.
