It's just symple, but involves little effort. More reading can  only
make good writer. I mean that every one ar good at writing or speeking
in his or her language, the betterment in writing or speeking in
English requires the translation of expressions from native language
in to English with suitable vocabulary and punctuation. A good writer
should have knowledge over implication of words and punctuation. This
can only be attained by massive reading of books of general interest,
daily news papers, and journals but not accodamic text books. I
suggest not to confine to once own textbooks because when one  read
repeetedly a single piece of text the reader can anticipate what
structure comes next, this may lead to reader's ignoring of different
presentational structures. Reading can develop vocabulary and tone of
presentation. tone is of much significance owing to its miss leading
nature.

all these can be attained over a period of time but not instent.

Practice can make man perfect
suits to this query.
so please increase Reading habbit.

ever these don't entertain us with brail versions, they can support
partially.
as prier one is bbc site with all language content, the later is
dictionary site which help us in knowing pronunciation of more then
fourty thousand words.
with a hope that my suggestion would solve your problem to some
extent, I request our active members  to give many more like this.
As you requested it would be much more benifitial if we could get
phonetical symbles in some brailly teaching aid format.
