but, I know I have done a mistake. But, just for ones. Let me justify my

in the capital city, I have explored every mager and miner college which is
there. And, in some colleges, I was not even entertained properly. But,
still, If I had made any mistake, I am sorry.
You know what? everyday. I here that no sir, we cannot take you because of
your impairment. And, now, its taking a tole on me. Sometimes, I even think
that. This trivial thing, is causing this much problem. All the struggle,
the good marks, everything does not matter. But, for them, this vision
impairment matters. It breaks me sometimes a little.

I say, I want to enrole in JIIT JP institute of information and technology
sector 62 noida. But, they are saying no as. They dont have visually
impaired students. Or for that matter no differently abled students.

My name is Udit, and I recently completed my Class 12th exams with a focus
on Humanities, including English and Information Practices (IP). I'm
writing to express my keen interest in pursuing a Bachelor of Computer
Applications (BCA) program at  any esteemed institutions. As a visually
challenged student, I'm actively seeking a college that fosters an
inclusive learning environment with appropriate accessibility features to
support my academic success. During my studies, I developed strong skills
in English language and a deep interest in computers. I'm confident that my
dedication and these skills will make me a valuable addition to BCA
program. And, if need be, I can relocate for a best program. Even outside
the country. And, if pocible, or its worth. I can do online also. I have
tried everywhere like. JIIT sector 62 noida, Mannav rachna, GD goenka, KR
manglam. And, others. But, they say that we cannot take you. As, you have
vision impairment. And we dont have any facilities. I cannot go for
government colleges as. I have not given CUET. And, I dont want to drop my
year. So, I am only open to privat colleges. But, deecent ones.

Microsoft has been working
 on a voice
narrator app called ‘*Speak for me*” that would read the inputted text
aloud. But unlike the robotic voices you hear in most voice assistants,
Speak for Me offers a more natural-sounding voice. It also has a Personal
voice option that you can use to create your voice avatar and read out text
in your voice.

Speak for Me isn’t directly available in the Windows 11 Build 26063, but it
is possible to turn it on by making changes to the OS. So, what exactly is
Speak for Me? In our tests, we observed that the feature allows you to
create a synthetic voice that can read text out loud in a way that
resembles their voice or a preferred type of voice.

This could be useful for people who want to listen to documents or emails
read out loud, or for those who cannot speak and wish to communicate using
a voice that sounds like their own. You’ll find the ‘Speak for me’ app in
the Start menu or the Accessibility page in Settings, but it requires you
to “create your voice” through a wizard process:

   1. To get started, search “Speak for me” in the Start menu and click
   Select a natural voice option. You can also pick the ‘*My personal voice*’
   option to create your voice avatar.

   example, if you chose English (India), you might get different options like
   “Microsoft Neerja” to select a voice that sounds natural to that region.

Initially, the feature didn’t produce any voice and seemed to be stuck.
However, after a few attempts, it started working properly. The narration
voice has a surprisingly natural sound quality.

If you want to create a personal voice, you only need to read a few
sentences to set it up

You can only pick from eight languages: English, Chinese, French, German,
Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish. You can also use the *Windows +
Ctrl + T* shortcut to launch Speak for me.
Windows 11 24H2 will have multiple useful features

Speak for me isn’t the only interesting change in Windows 11 24H2.

The next big Windows 11 update will pack multiple new features. One is an
improved context menu for File Explorer with a label below the common file
actions

like Copy, Paste, etc.

In addition, accessibility features like voice clarity, mic test, pointer
indicator, and hearing aid support will also be included in the update.

An Indian company is breaking down the barriers in education through their
refreshable Braille device

Braille is a widely used method in schools for those who have blindness or
low vision. But even though children learn Braille, they often do not have
enough available reading materials in Braille. To produce Braille
documents, schools need to have a device called a Braille Embosser, special
paper for printing, and software to translate text to Braille. In global
south countries like India, these items are usually too expensive, which
results in cases such as school children having only one or two copies of
text books and nothing else. In India, there are little to no reading
materials in their native languages or for extra reading, such as stories.
This leads to poor reading skills, affecting their future education and
eventually, the workplace.

Refreshable Braille Readers are one way to address this problem. However,
they are costly, hard to take care of, and not appropriate for children.
They usually have 10-14 keys, multiple functions and are too complicated
for young children to learn and use.

Hexis is a simple Braille Reader from Vembi Technologies
, a Bengaluru-based company. It has just 4 keys and
is easy to learn and use. Vembi discovered that children can learn Hexis in
10 minutes and use it right away. The device also has a cloud based
software platform, called Antara, that turns text to Braille automatically
for students to download and read.

Thus, Hexis removes the need for costly Braille Embossers, special paper
and conversion software. It makes any text content available in seconds,
but equally allows sighted teachers who might not know Braille to create a
more inclusive educational experience.

As one teacher describes the experience “In recent times, while there are
numerous materials available for sighted children, blind children only had
Braille paper to learn. The device allows us to easily convert any text
into Braille format, push the content into the device, and read it. The
notable advantage is that Braille dots don’t get erased, unlike on Braille
paper where children can read only a few times before the dots start to
fade. This device functions like a book, allowing children to read as many
times as they want and learn.” – Bhagya, Sri Siddaganga School for the Blind

Part of an AI for Accessibility
 grant, Vembi
created, built, and delivered 100 Hexis to various schools. The devices
were welcomed by the student and teacher community, who were especially
eager to make school reading materials quickly.

Vembi launched a program called Baseline in partnership with Vision Empower
. The organizations understood that
providing devices and textbook content is insufficient, as braille reading
skills vary a lot among children. Vision Empower has implemented a program
to assess braille literacy on a 1-5 scale and create a program to help
students advance to the next level.

As one student explains “We are able to read books in Hexis, and we can
also remember spellings, which is not possible with our screen reader,
because we are more focused on listening. In Hexis we can read and focus on
spelling and vocabulary. Good thing is that you will also provide content
for us to read, so it will be good for us to read and improve.” – Pari,
Saksham School, Noida

The team is working on more enhancements in this field, such as
transforming more textbooks and creating a library where any child in India
request and access books they want in Hexis.

you should go for an intel I5 laptop. With 8GB of ram, 1TB, 512, or, 256GB
of SSD. Which suits you. It should be 11TH jen or 12TH jen processor. You

try increasing the speech rate of it. It will help. The jesture is swipe up
and down quickly with one finger. You will here like, paragraph, lines,
headings, words, characters, links, and, some other options. Then, you will
here speech rate then slide up or down to increase or decrease it. It works
with talkback.

hi all,
I wanted to share  my experience with Kotak mahindra bank.
so, on 13TH sept, 2023, I opened an online account from the  website of
Kotak mahindra bank. The next, day, a person came from the KYC teem, and
told, that, they will do my KYC. But, when he saw that, I am blind, he said
that, a separate teem will come and do my KYC. I dint got any response from
him since a week. After that, I called him, but, no answer. I complaint to
the customer care. Then, he gave me number of  mr. Dipesh. However, in that
time of week, someone came and, did my KYC with my signatures and said, it
can work. But, It dint worked at all. Then, I had a word with Dipesh sir.
He dint knew about the process at all. Because I wanted net banking
facility. So, he rote mails to the authorities and, told them that, I can
mannage. Then, after 1 week of these mails and other things, I got my
account in the starting october. Here, they were not giving me a physical
debbit card. But, they instead, issued a virtual debbit card for me. Thats
is also OK as, I dint wanted a physical card because, the account is for
just spending purpus only. Again, I Would say, that, Dipesh sir helped me a
lot. He dint called me to the branch for even a singal time. Insted, he
sent someone who took my thumm impretion or the required documents.
though, I dint want the physical debbit card but if its possible to get one
easily, I would deffitnatly want 1.
My branch is panchsheel park, sahibabad. UP area pincode is: 201005.

you are not required to have a rashan card. Aadhar card linked to the same
mobile number which you mention in the application at the time of
registration.

I am sharing my experience on boath helplines.
nab helpline -- I called the helpline some time back, I asked them
questions related to my what to do after 12TH, I told them what I want to
do. My Second question was how to purchase a car on my name. People who
were there dint help me and said, "aapka kaam hojayega hum aapko kal call
karte hai.". I don't know, when that kal will come.
2. Eyeway -- no one picks your call. I called your helpline multiple times,
but, no answer. Once, someone answered my call, and when I asked them the
same above questions, They also said same thing. But no reply from them.
I wanted to share my experiences with these so called helplines.
I request the higher officials to take action and improve your helpline
experiences. If you can

And, cannot tell about there quality as they dont have any
cunsoomer revues. Leave that overpriced thing asside, I cannot buy a

said as the rolex of talking watch.

I want a thing like, the visiter should ring the bell, then I should get a

Enrole her to a driving school.
Purchase a new, or a second hand car. Thats totally up to you. But, the
thing I want to add. Is that, Purchase a car which have a safety rating of
5stars or atleest 4stars. From Globel N cap.
Because, accidents can happen anytime no matter how good the driver. I
know, here, people might say that, The exident can happen and no body can
save you. But, with a good build quality of a car can even increase your
survival chances to 1%. Why not go with it?.

I am Udit. I am a student of class 12TH having humanities streem, and IP
(informatics practicies) as a subject. of my choice.
I want to do BCA after 12TH. I am currently living. in Delhi. I want
colleges located in Delhi. Or delhi NCR. I am mainly focussed with the
colleges which have good placement. And are accessible for blind. I am
willing to do MCA as, I know that, you cannot get good packages after BCA.
But acceptionals are everywhere.

facilities. Talk to the bank mannejor. About it. And, they will help you.

I am Udit. A student. Living in UP.
I am Using dell vostro 3500 (original came with windows 10) and now, its
got the upgrade of windows 11. I upgraded it to windows 11. As required by
the need. now, coming back to the problem. My internal microphone is not
working properly. I have done everything I could. I resseted windows 11 and
tried going back to windows 10 and again to windows 11. But no fix. Kindly,
help me out.
my nvda is latest, my windows 11 is latest.
my laptop configuration are:
processor intel I3 11TH jen with 2 cores. 8GB of RAM, 256GB of SSD, 1TB of
HDD.
