Hello,

 

To delete the folder, first go to particular folder which you want to delete 
then press shift+F6, the triviu dialogue box will appear then keep your focus 
on folder which needs to be deleted carefully so you do not end up with 
deleting wrong folder and press delete key. It will ask you again if you want 
to send this folder to delete items  yes or no.

Please follow below steps.

 

1.  Press control+shift+E  to open the create new folder dialogue box
2.  Type the folder name
3.  Press shift +Tab to go to folder location option and select zero level 
folder which is your email id
4.  Press tab to reach to OK button and press enter

I think, everybody got special conveyance allowance for that period but it 
suppose not to be paid at all, so, its only you who didn't get the same. At 
this juncture, its better not to do anything over the matter.
Actually, that special conveyance allowance should only be paid, if somebody is 
attending office regularly because that allowance is paid to go office & for 
coming back home but that period, most of the visually impaired were staying at 
home only.

down, from may 2020 to march 2022 i have not paid any handicapped allowance.  
in between when exemption was withdrawn, i attended office but i have not paid 
any allowance for that period also.  some people told me apart from my RO, that 
they got all allowance during lock down.  i have complained so many times but 
nothing has happened.  so anybody wishes to help me or wants more information
