 Maharashtra to instruct all educational institutions in the country to
 provide a barrier-free environment for differently abled students by

 accommodate wheelchairs, the court said. A differently abled student
 in Pune had filed a plea saying that the absence of such facilities
 made it difficult for her to take tests.
