Yes Off Course, it should be. But not only "Thanking Messages", but
also "unnecessary congratulation, wishing and personal introductory
messages" too.

Yes, it should be. But not only "Thanking Letters", but also
unnecessary "congratulation, wishing and personal introductory
messages" too because these should be sent privately.

Re: [AI] Writing style, No more discussion please

2008-02-14 Thread rakesh gupta
This type of discussion has no meaning particularly in long way,
although some practice of healthy debate might be possible.
But, we should focus mainly on welfare of Visually Chalenged persons
in all time and we should remember this bitter and real fact that most
of us have passed from very backward standard of education and even
though today also, many of us are facing lots of problems for getting
proper education at all level, specially in computer education at
school level.
So, it would be better for us to focus on only basic objectives of AccessIndia.

Rakesh Kumar Gupta.

Re: [AI] Writing style

2008-02-14 Thread rakesh gupta
In my opinion, there is very close link between writing style and
understanding because if our understanding is not good, we can't
improve our writing style.
One another thing is: non of us has mastery in area of writing style
from starting, it does healthy after getting experience of various
type of expressions and presentation of our views on different
aspects.
Therefore, we should courage new members for expressing their views
frankly, although if they do serious mistake, then we should guide
them personally not publicly.
Another most important thing is: we should avoid ourselves from
unnecessarily defending to anyone because god has given enough mind to
everyone and if any person use this positively, the capacity of his /
her thought will be progressive and matured.

Rakesh Kumar Gupta.
