There is another problem faced by the vi candidates in my region. RRC of 
eastern region are not paying any attention to the queries from the 
candidates, though they applied to RRC ER for recruitment. They are asked to 
contact the nodal officer of Northern Railway for all queries. And they have 
to find out the concerned officer's phone number from the web site or 
wherever they can.
