transferring an amount from fathers a/c to to your mothers a/c [wife of
deceased] would tend to succession ,not an income and not having a PAN
no.

dear friends, i want to know how much amount will be deducted in the form

tax while transfering claim from saving account to another saving

My father passed away on this month 2nd as he was having some amount in

account to my mother's saving account. The bank manager is telling that
some amount will be deducted in the form of tax as my mother is not
