It may be your mobile problem because of GSM mode only for 2G mobile
and If you want to access internet then you can select UMTS mode. It
is only for 3G mobile and sim user. and about dual, it is for both.

Keep in mind UMTS will suck battery much faster than 2g. and again, there
are less 3g towers as per BSNL.
