This is so disappointing that the Amazon Accessibility Team is also not
able to understand your reported accessibility issue mam. I am sharing some
platforms list with you for reporting the accessibility issue.
* Write on the X/Twitter, LinkedIn and Email to the developer.
* Give 1 star in Google PlayStore Rating to this app and write your problem
as well there. Sometimes, 1 star rating works very well because the
platform gets hurt from 1 star rating although Sugamya Bharat App is
Government App even though sir who was from Empowerment of Persons With
Disabilities asked again and again from me to write positive feedback and
increasing rating on the PlayStore. I said "Please don't worry when the
issues will be fixed I will give you a positive rating. I think If an app
gets a bad rating from the users so the app does not come easily in the
search result, Download gets less and in the result developer gets less
money or something like that.
* If anything does not work, take legal action in the end.

It is terribly annoying, especially when I use it to do so much of my
paying...

Any ideas on how to manage this will be great.
