Hi! I just had a long talk with Mr. Jayachandran. What I understood that the selfcare site interface is different zone wise. I am using Western zone website and he is using South zone. All, Anybody using BSNL self care website. I tried to access this website, but I am unable to access my usage details. I would like to know my broadband usage and landline usage. I am unable to do. Another thing I wanted to pay my landline bills in www.portal.bsnl.co.in. There is capcha code for paying my bills also. So, anybody doing this both tasks, pls guide me how to do both these actions.
