Friends,
I opened quick call account a month back with rupees 5000.
And I am 100 percent satisfied with their service.
Though I had been using paytm.com but I have found quick call more convenient.
I have been using their service for recharging mobiles, paying utility
bills and ordering electronic things such as pen drives from e
commerce websites.

hi first i would like to inform you that this wallet service provide
may not be ok for people like us. because of the following reasons.
1: although it has a good option to recharge your mobile phone by
simply dialing their toolfree no. but you can not change the operator
if the mobile number is being port-out, suppose a mobile number
belongs to idea, and the same has been port-out to any other service
provider say airtel. the IVR detects as idea. there is another
  service

provider name paytm.com is also ofering this types of service, but it
did not allowed to change the operator option.
2: although they have the criteria that one has to keep 3000 as
minimum balance it is their discretion and every company has certain
policy. but their cash loading facility is not good. as one have to
rush to SBI branches to through cash into their account, and i guess
that the user must inform about the fund transfer details. you are
aware that the non-home fund transfer charges has been increase to
  rs.

50 and every time one have to search for some one to fill up the
vouture. if one is not availing the online banking services.
so over all i recommend all of you for mobikwik of oxigen wallet. as
it has no minimum balance criteria, you can load upto 1 if you
  are

not KYC compliance and if you are compliance with KYC you can park
  upto 5 in a month.
the best thing is that you don't have to rush to any bank to load
  cash

into the wallet. you can load via credit/debit card or net banking.
  hope this helps.

Generally we don't recharge less then 100 now days. But we don't have
option in recharging internet pack.
And after depositing 3000 I don't think that we ever prefer to visit
dealer for recharging internet pack.
If they keep limit of 100 in normal talk time then it is fine.
But sometime we are getting skims of full talk time of 60 in 60 or
extra 5 rupees talktime on recharge of rupees 50.
In that condition service of quick call is of no use.

2014-09-29 Thread Quick Call India
Dear Jignesh Ji,
Thanks for sharing your concern.
Quick Call is doing recharges of more than Rs. 90 free of cost as we
understand there are packs which cost around 100 but not exact 100.

A service charge of Rs. 10 has been levied only very recently because of
increasing recharges of denominations Rs.20 or 30.
This has been done only to discourage smaller amount recharges.

This condition is applicable only to recharges not to other transactions
like water bills or examination fee etc where the callers have to deposit
only the amount required and do not have any choice of their own.
In recharges each individual can choose a higher pack as per his/her
choice.

Objective of Quick Call is to make your all your payments on the go like
water or electricity bills, train tickets, DTH recharge, movie tickets,
event tickets, online shopping etc. Every individual has so many payments
to make not just small recharges.

Callers who are focused to use Quick Call for Rs. 30 or Rs. 50-60 recharge
may not find us a good option.

Thanks
Team Quick Call
