Getting sighted help like cyber café etc. Often there are errors and the blind 
candidate are made to run around when they approach CMOs office for 
verification. This is an additional challenge apart from the access issue.

Were you able to apply it independently? Last I checked, the fields were not 
labled correctly and no info was available about the file size of the documents 
to be uploaded such as medical certificate. Haven't given it a go recently 
though.

supposed to get the ID card!
