I am using 'word 2003'.  Despite 'zoom 75, normal, print layout, web layout, it 
doesn't read line by line, word by word or even doesn't work a selection.  Only 
'insert down arow' will work.  Any way out please?

in the view select zoom, set the page width button and ok.
