I must say, rest of everything else, you have to prepare and be ready
to prove yourself at each and every step (more then compare to the
traditional jobs). But if you're motivated by internal-push rather
than fansy bush, go for it and grab whatever you get.

I was able to get most of the books either through RFBD or directly in soft

 MCA.
Subjects like Mathematics and Operational research were slightly more
complex to get to than others but overall materials wasn't my biggest worry

It was more the struggle with authorities around being able to submit typed
assignments instead of hand-written ones (believe me they still want them
hand written), using the scribe of my choice in the exams and then
convincing them that all those extra sheets were being filled by me and not
 by the scribe himself/herself :)

All in all it is pretty doable once you get down to doing it. Get yourself a
laptop and start doing a lot of programming and math right away and don't
wait for the class to get to a particular topic ...because when they do get
there, they'll probably go much faster than you.
Also, prepare hard and try to get into a good college through competition.
That helps you get placed into a job when you are done.

 Hi Arpit,

Your primary problem will be getting material in accessible format. You
really can't prepare for this. You need to take this one step at a time.
The other hurdles that I see is you having to clear competitive exams.
Again, you would need to get preparatory material in accessible format.
Also, you would need to have to engage with the authorities regarding any
 accommodations you need.

The courses themselves will not be such an issue. The hurdle of getting
material in accessible format remains. You will also have to find a way of
rendering mathematical content effectively. As long as your professors
co-operate, this is not a significant issue.

You need to be very familiar with the tools and technology you use. Other
than that, research the materials you need thoroughly.

Manish,
From where did you receive your masters degree? (Just for curiosity sake).

Thanks
