hi team, One of my friend went for an interview to redbus and he got sellected in inbound customercare service. His job is to book tickets while he is speaking to customers on phone. While doing this, customer can also can also here his screan reader voice. and for them, it is so frustrating. and sometimes, he use to tell customers where the bus is by using GPS. There he tried NVDA screen reader. But the recruiting felt, this job is difficult for him. so they told him to find out the solution. Can anyone suggest us in this regard?
