External Hard disk can be encrypted with Windows 10 Pro. Or Enterprises
addition only. 
You need not to use any 3rd party software for taking the backup of your pc.
If your external hard-disk is encrypted, backup can't be taken.
Once your external hard disk is encrypted, you can use this with any of the
pc but every time, you have to unlock your external hard disk by using your
password. Most important is that while running jaws, you can't open your
hard disk with your password. You have to use either windows narrator or
NVDA screen reader while unlocking your hard disk.
You can call me over my telephone for additional support for encrypting of
your external hard disk.

1. I wanted to know How can I password protect this Seagate external hard
drive?

2. What is the best free software to encrypt an external hard drive which is
accessible? And which is the right and safe place to download it from bereft
from hidden malwares etc?
I believe previously True Crypt was a good free program. Does it still
exist?
Is there something better than TrueCrypt?

3. After doing a full encryption, will I be able to use the option or
software to automatically sync and update my backup on this SeaGate external
hard drive each time I connect it to my Desktop or Laptop computer?
In other words will it automatically sync and update my backups?

3. Should I fully encrypt  my hard drive or just password protect my folders
& files in it?

4. And how Can I password protect a folder or file?

5. And How do I hide a folder on my external hard drive?

Yes, I am using the same mobile phone. Over all the phone is good, but
I dont think the phone is value for money. It comes along with those
spects which you can find in the mobile of its half price. You can
call me in the evening any day for more detail, but my final words
will be in the favour of not investing in this mobile phone if you are
thinking that physical keypad will enhance its accessibility.

130 MB file by pausing and resuming download with Internet Download
Manager because I am using 2G net.

ok friend. I told to this information to mobile users. Because I
usually download large files on my c5 mobile. But sendspace does not
useful to resume download. So I request you all to use
http://www.uppit.com no need to create any account. Just open and
press brows butten, and select your files and click on upload butten.
After completion of uploading, the current page reload automaticly
then press down arrow key untill you get short link for that file.
Just copy and share whith your friends. When we share any files, it
will helpfull. Because 50% friends still using 2g internet on their
mobile.

The blind concession is not relevant anymore. This is because it is only
offered on full fair and these days, no one hardly ever pays the full fair.

The Echo sound test contact is default on every skype users contact list. You 
cannot delete this contact as this contact is there to help you test your skype 
call setup and also provide feedback to the skype team on the call quality. 
What I need is a closer understanding as to why you mentioned that because of 
this contact you are not able to make skype calls to others in your contact 
list. Sorry simply could not understand why?

Yes but now a days because of the apex fare system, it is ineffective. The
concession of 50 percent in basic fair is available in all airlines.

I have a friend who is around 45 years  and is  seeking a Government job.

As i know it is for 37 years only and after that a person is not
eligible for Government job , is there any age limit where it can be

I think the maximum age for each government post may be different.
I'm not an expert in government jobs.  But in banks the maximum age
for a clerical job is 28 and officer post is 30.  So, a visually
challenged is eligible for the former till 38 and the later till 40.
I think we can not generalise the maximum age in absolute terms.

there is no generalised criteria for the maximum age for a person to be 
eligible for a government job. it depends upon various factors including the 
level of job i.e.e entry level or some higher positions and the number of 
years of experience a person has for various positions. so i think it is 
better to look for a particular position rather than taking it for general

NVDA menue by pressing insert+n then by down arrow find reference
submenue press enter go to general tab language opti0on will appear by

Hi, although you can use any screen reader, please make sure that your
compiler is accessible. I use Dev c++ from bloodshed, which comes with
built-in IDE; and the IDE is also very much accessible with both JAWS
and NVDA.
