Are u talking about assistant professor?
If yes, please check whether C.A is equivalent to Master degree in
concern field? Else earn M.Com from a university recognised by UGC.
You should have minimum 50% in your master degree in aggrigate for
being eligible for UGC net and teaching posts, if you belong to PH
catagory, If you have such master degree, qualify UGC NET in the
concern subject. Apply for vacancies and start teaching. For becoming
professor you should have minimum 10 years of teaching experience and
minimum 10 research quality publications including books and articles.
