as per my knowledge no data card will provide as you expected speed.
it is not depending on data card it will puerly depended on service
provider which you can choose
like reliance,, airtell etc
now I'M useing eyeball data card is fine
it is puerly VI accessable data card
you can insert any sim
I'M useing airtell 3g speed
that speed is very good
so I can suggest you pleas find it and by it
it will cost arround 12/13hundred
but I dont know how much maximum speed will provide in postpayed
please search and take perticular sim as per your need
