Shadab,
Go to insert menu and choose option Picture submenu and then choose From
file, if you would like to source from your machine. Then choose the file
you want to insert and you are done.
It's recommended to choose a template that has Title, content and image so
that being a screen reader, it would be easy for you to make sure, that
image is inserted at a right place and does not overlap with the text.
