Re: [AI] Issues With Web Check In on MMT Portal on Windows Laptop

2023-10-27 Thread Harshit Lohia
Hi
I made this error because of the misleading e-mail received from MMT
today morning which read "Web Check-in Now Open for Your Flight to
Mumbai".

Re: [AI] Issues With Web Check In on MMT Portal on Windows Laptop

2023-10-27 Thread Harshit Lohia
Hi Avichal,
Thank you for your prompt response. I am sorry for the inconvenience
as my departure time is more than 48 hours away. However, the error
message on the MMT portal did not say anything about the time gap.
Instead it prompted "Please accept declaration to continue". I also
tried to complete web check in on the Indigo portal. It also did not
prompt about the time gap. It prompted "Web check in details entered
by you are incorrect".
A proper and suitable error message could have avoided this
inconvenience and loss of time.

Regards
Harshit

Re: [AI] Issues With Web Check In on MMT Portal on Windows Laptop

2023-10-27 Thread Avichal Bhatnagar
Hi Harshit,
I too faced the same problem when I had booked my ticket last December from MMT.
However, I think, that for this, Indigo's server is the culprit, and
not MMT because the web check in happens on the airlines page.
Also, web check in becomes available only 48 hours prior to the flight
departure.
I had informed the indigo officials at the airport about the error on
their page, and they had then told me that some technical problem was
going on in their website and they were in the process of fixing it.
But you are still facing this issue, which means that there is some
accessibility bug on their check in page.
Thanks,
Avichal

[AI] Issues With Web Check In on MMT Portal on Windows Laptop

2023-10-27 Thread Harshit Lohia
Dear List Members and Mission Accessibility Team,
I had booked a flight ticket with IndiGo through Make My Trip. The
ticket is successfully booked. However, I am not able to complete web
check in through the MMT portal on my Windows laptop. There is an
error message "Please accept declaration to continue". On the portal,
there is CoVID declaration and a list of
8 declarations regarding travel guidelines. Check boxes are not there
against declaration. However, I tried clicking over the text of
declaration using spacebar and also JAWS cursor. Despite this, the
aforesaid error message is displayed after clicking "Submit" button.
Can anyone please offer a solution?

Awaiting your kind response.
