Re: [AI] JAWS reading title of deleted message in Thunderbird 115

TB has broken accessibility in many areas. In my case, even after I
delete the mail, it would still announce unread mails until I restart
it. Using latest NVDA.

Dear List Members,

I have recently upgraded to the latest version of Thunderbird (version
115.4.2) & am facing the following problem.

When I delete a mail from the Message list, JAWS repeats the title of
the deleted mail twice before reading the title of the next mail. A
sighted user has confirmed that the deleted mail gets deleted
immediately & when JAWS is repeating the title of the deleted mail,
the next mail already has focus.

Kindly suggest as to how I can stop JAWS from repeating the title of
the deleted mail & read the title of the mail in focus.

I am using JAWS 2024 on a Windows 10 machine with all Windows updates
applied.

Thanking all in advance for any & all assistance.
