Hi Preetham, Have been few months as a client-serving consultant, think I can answer your doubts. At the outset, consulting can be fruitful career option only if the employer is ready to accept following 2 things. 1. Making and especially formatting fancy PPTs may not be possible and if we somehow manage to do that, we take quite a lot of time for the work which could have been done in few clicks by a sighted person. 2. As a consultant, you are the face of the company in front of your clients hence it definitely matters how accepting your clients are. I personally chose BFSI as we deal with large MNC banks which are generally not discriminatory.
