I hope you all are coping well during these uncertain times. Aarti and
I have some queries related to various computer topics. It would be of
great help if you resolve our queries at the earliest.
Queries
1. How can we send an invitation through mail merge by selecting
contact list from MS Outlook? We both are using outlook express.
Please let us know what would be the procedure to send e-mails through
mail merge?
2. We are also facing a problem in MS Word. Suppose are document has
become of 38 pages due to improper formatting but the content can come
on 32 pages only. How can we correct the formatting of the document
without taking help from any one?
3. We have tried applying V lookup in different sheet, but was unable
to do. For applying V lookup first we have copied entire column of
employee ID in another sheet, after copying the column we wrote in
another cell =vlookup(a2, then we went to first sheet by pressing
control+page up, sheet name got inserted, but we are unable to select
the range. For selecting range we have used control+shift+right arrow
and control+shift+down arrow. We had to type the range and rest of the
formulae manually. Please let us know that is there any mistake on our
part or it is a problem of JAWS. Let us know how can we overcome this
problem.
4. By using JAWS 2019, 2020 and MS office 2010, how can we be able to
navigate after pressing F2 key in excel? Instead of reading the text
after pressing F2 key, JAWS speaks blank. Kindly, let us know what
would be the solution to this problem.
