If you are refering to accessible GPS applications, then there are 3 that
come to mind.
1. Nokia Maps which is mostly accessible using MobileSpeak and to a lesser
extent using Talks for Symbian.

2. Google Maps on phones running the Android operating system. There are
some accessibility challenges in Android so be warned before you go down
this route.

3. Navigone for the iPhone. I believe that Navigone has been recently
launched in India too.

Yes and loadstone does show you points around you. It is very useful in
situations where you cannot access other applications such as Nokia Maps or
WFA.
