Hey there,

One of the things that has worked for me in this situation is to use PAN 
card as the ID proof of the escort, but with the exclusion of the last 
character of the PAN. Like if the PAN is ABCDE1234F taking out the F 
from there.

answer to 1st:
Adhar card is not accepted as id proof.
there is no option of Adhar card in that combo box where we select type of
ID proof
2nd most of the things are marked as mandatory.

I have 2 questions on booking ticket through IRCT websight.

 

1st, I am able to book ticket without any issue if I book for myself.
However if I add escort details along with the ID card details of there
Aathar card, then it is throwing some errors and I am not able to identify
the exact issue as I input their details correctly anyway. So any clue here?
