Dear all, Today I was serfing on indian railways website http://www.indianrail.gov.in for concessional fare for mumbai rajdhani. I found a strange thing in the concession combobox on the site. In this combo, I found the option saying Blind free escort -(BLESRS) 100). Friends, I got really shocked by seeing such concession. Is it really free?
