The image-captcha has been removed and OTP based login has been introduced.
Please check and try to execute different transactions on the net banking
portal https://netbanking.kotak.com
Then, send an email to nodaloffi...@kotak.com with all the issues faced.

This is to bring to your notice that net banking portal of Kotak Mahindra
Bank (https://netbanking.kotak.com) contains an inaccessible image-based
CAPTCHA. Request you to file a complaint with the Bank through email id
nodaloffi...@kotak.com regarding this issue. Some of my acquaintances have
already filed a complaint on this issue. Filing more number of complaints
will underscore the gravity of the issue to the bank. While filing your
complaint, mention your name, mobile number and account number so that it
is treated as a customer complaint and not a general feedback.
