hi, to change the default location of dropbox, do the following:
go to to dropbox preferences from the system tray, take the jaws
cursor, and click on advance, tab once, and you will find change
location... follow the dialog prompts, and you are done.

I found the older versions of dropbox a bit more accessible although
the newer versions dont really work well,.
